After the viking reconstruction place, we went to see two royal castles in the vicinity of Copenhagen. Their best feature was their lawns, made to look like queen's sigil. Sadly, the queen was not in residence at any one of them at the time (though, I guess, that's why they let us into those parks at all). Note that the word "castle" is something of a misnomer - all the defensive parts here are at best decorative.
